The objective
of Money Matters as set by the community
board of trustees, is to relieve poverty and advance
the education of the inhabitants of Govan and its surrounding
areas in all matters relating to management of personal
finances.
What
do we do?
We provide a range of money free advice focusing in
particular on welfare
rights ,and debt management for the community in
the South West of the city of Glasgow as well as to
clients from other parts of the city.
Our Welfare Rights Team
provides specialist advice as well as representation
to clients with reviews and appeals of D.S.S in order
to establish entitlement to all types of social
security benefits as well as assistance with the
completion of forms, better-off calculations and all
other benefit queries through our appointment
system.
